Founder & Talent Consultant
Bianca founded Balance Talent Acquisition after years of experience across recruitment, HR, business leadership and organisational development.
Her approach is simple: recruitment should never be transactional. Every hire should strengthen a company for years to come.
With an academic background in Psychology, Social Work and Human Resources Management, combined with practical leadership experience, she works closely with business owners and HR teams to build stronger organisations.
