Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

Own the full employee lifecycle: hiring, development, retention.

Design HR policies, frameworks and career paths.

Lead employer branding and culture initiatives.

5+ years in a senior HR or HRBP role.

Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law.

Fluent in English and Dutch.
