Lead a production shift and its daily planning.

Coach operators and develop technical skills.

Own KPIs for output, quality and safety.

Drive lean and continuous improvement.

Experience leading teams in a production environment.

Working knowledge of lean or 5S methods.

Fluent in Dutch and English.
